I’m Lloyd Dunn, and I’m running to represent Tennessee’s 6th District because I believe every community—from our small towns and farmland to our fast-growing neighborhoods—deserves a representative who listens, works hard, and puts people above politics.
Values that built this district
I was raised on the values that built this district: faith, family, responsibility, service, and respect for our neighbors. These are the same values I carry into my work and my daily life. I’ve spent years serving our schools, supporting families, working alongside community leaders, and standing up for people who feel unheard or overlooked.
Real challenges, real solutions
What sets me apart is simple: I understand the real challenges facing the people of this district—because I face them too. Rising costs, strain on our schools, pressures on working families, veterans who need support, seniors worried about stability, small businesses fighting to grow, and communities wanting safe streets and honest leadership.
A leader who shows up
I’m not running to score political points. I’m running to solve problems, rebuild trust, and make sure that every voice—from Portland to Cookeville, from Gallatin to Crossville—has a seat at the table. The 6th District deserves a representative who: Shows up, Listens first, Works across differences, Stays accountable to the people, not party insiders or special interests. That’s the kind of leader I will be.
